D.E.M.O.

Before Power Ballad had a label, a producer, or even a proper name, five songs leaked out on an unmarked white-label pressing—and the local rock scene never recovered. "Plugged In (Live at the Pink Flamingo)" and "The '70s (Live at Jimmy's)" are exactly what they sound like: a band still finding its footing, playing dive bars for whoever would listen.

Nobody was supposed to hear this. Somebody taped it anyway. D.E.M.O. is the sound of Cade Maverick, Jax Fury, Ace Sterling, Rex Blade, and Slick Ricky Alto before any of them knew what they were about to become.
