Flamingo Panda are a British electronic duo formed by Jessica "Jessie" Bebo and Isabella "Bella" Tate. They emerged from the UK post-new-wave underground of the early 1980s as a self-written synth-pop act.

By the late 1990s, their melodic trance became tied to Ibiza's golden era—sunset terraces, open-air euphoria, and releases that defined a generation. Within Outrun Books, Flamingo Panda exist both as a real-world act and as canon in the wider Gun Runners musical world. Forever pink and blue. Forever in motion.
